How to choose your reception venue ?

Here are a few tips to help you understand how to go about finding a reception venue. First of all, you need to determine the format of your event; depending on the event you wish to organize (dinner, seminar, dinner cocktail reception, conference) some venues will be more suitable than others. Next, you need to know the capacity to determine the ideal surface area: a space that is too large could give the impression of an empty, impersonal event… Conversely, a venue that is too small could convey an unpleasant feeling of confinement. You therefore need to find the ideal surface area for your event.

Beyond helping you find the reception venue best suited to your project, we are a 360° event agency and offer genuine support in the creation and delivery of your event. Contact us by email: bonjour@jouretnuit.paris or by phone: +33 (0)1 40 28 16 82.
