The Villa Alésia welcomes you over 325 m2 for all your private and professional events, in the 14th arrondissement. A magnificent architect-designed villa nestled at the back of a courtyard, this extraordinary venue is a true haven of light and contemporary art, flexible thanks to its various spaces spread over 3 levels. With a large terrace and garden on several levels, Japanese in spirit and completely secluded, the Villa offers you a calm, exotic outdoor space fitted with a dining table, garden furniture and barbecue, suitable for cocktail configurations of up to 120 people as well as seated dinners of up to 50 people.
Inside the Villa Alésia, the large lounge opens onto a dining room that can host you for a seated dinner or a cocktail reception. A space bathed in light thanks to the large bay window, it is also ideal for product presentations or conferences. Upstairs, a mezzanine overlooks the lounge and leads to the master bedroom and its large bathroom. On the lower level, you will find 3 lovely double bedrooms and an office with a sofa bed, as well as 3 bathrooms. Depending on your needs, these spaces can be used as bedrooms for staying during showrooms or multi-day shoots, or set up as intimate, secluded meeting rooms.
