Fashion show on a Parisian rooftop
Last June, while Paris Fashion Week Fall/Winter was in full swing, a spectacular event left its mark: the Haute Couture show of the prestigious house of Georges Chakra on the Rooftop Étoile, nestled in the heart of Paris. The renowned Lebanese-born designer chose to call on our agency to orchestrate his fashion show on a Parisian rooftop.
This majestic venue, with its exceptional view of the splendour of Paris, was transformed into a dream setting to host this Fall/Winter 22-23 collection. Facing the illustrious Arc de Triomphe and overlooking the capital’s iconic rooftops, the designer imagined a cinematic staging depicting a romantic youth moving through the streets of the city of lovers. The luxurious fabrics, shimmering colors and elegant models harmonised perfectly with the panorama spellbinding backdrop unfolding all around them. The silhouettes, adorned with refined details and impeccable cuts, seemed to melt into the splendour of Paris, creating a magical symbiosis between fashion and the City of Light.
Each piece unveiled was a living tableau, a work of art in motion evoking the timeless emotions and stories woven in the heart of Paris. The models, parading with grace and poise, seemed to embody this youth in love with freedom and passion. Georges Chakra succeeded in writing a new page of its history in the heart of Paris, leaving an indelible mark on the fashion industry. The Haute Couture show on the Rooftop Étoile will remain etched in memory as a moment of grace and excellence.
